What do you like best about Hiver in Gmail?

Analytics tab is very useful when you need to check the numbers and get some quick info or insights for a selected date range (+ full manual or scheduled data export is available when you want to dig deeper on your own!). Automations developed a lot too and help save a lot of time adding tags/assignees etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hiver in Gmail?

As we use more and more AI tools within our team, we have struggled with integrating some tools / more advanced automations with Hiver features (tags/assignees/custom fields) without API access (available only in higher plans) - it would be great to have access to Hiver API in the lower plans or can use Hiver features in AI integrations the same way as GMail itself. What problems is Hiver in Gmail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hiver helps us with processing internal operational tickets within a team in one shared inbox. Our productivity stats are much much better after couple months using Hiver. What was also super important for us is that Hiver provides detailed analytics and data to track and measure our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
