What do you like best about Hiver in Gmail?

I like how responsive the Hiver is to our team's needs. Mike is always helpful with brainstorming with our team. We appreciate all the help and support he has provided in training, new approaches to the product, and more. What problems is Hiver in Gmail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hiver has helped us respond more quickly to student questions. We now have a more transparent process in place to ensure students are not getting different information from multiple users. We also need to respond to a large volume of student inquiries and questions. Hiver has already helped with this, but we hope the chatbot will reduce the manual hours of our student success staff.
