What do you like best about HIRIS Labs?

HIRIS is now the centerpiece of my daily work. What I appreciate most is the speed. The software is extremely fast and saves me from constantly switching between different windows. The documentation is also strong: I can record interviews directly as notes in the system and have far more information than just the job advertisement at hand. The multiposting on free platforms also runs automatically. As a team lead, I love the dashboards. I can see data-based which ad titles perform in A/B testing and where the best applicants come from. What do you dislike about HIRIS Labs?

There are a few manual tasks: Phone calls and WhatsApp conversations need to be manually entered into the timeline, and the sales/commission tracking is currently completely missing. A technical point that one must know: Since LinkedIn is very strict against AI tools, the interface of HIRIS needs to be adjusted repeatedly. This is necessary, but occasionally leads to updates that are noticeable in the workflow. Additionally, the reports require a "trained eye." If users make mistakes in active sourcing, sources are initially tracked incorrectly and need to be corrected manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HIRIS Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have almost centralized my entire recruiting process. Apart from the licenses for social media, I no longer need any other tools. Communication via email/WhatsApp is mostly automated and transparently documented.
