What do you like best about HireZapp?

One thing I appreciate is that the AI features are there to support the hiring process rather than replace it. We use the AI scoring as a starting point, but recruiters still make the final decisions. Combined with the ATS and candidate communication tools, it helps us stay organized without changing the way we evaluate candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HireZapp?

There are quite a few features available, so it took me a little time to get familiar with where everything was. Once I started using it regularly, it became much easier to navigate, but I think a few more demo videos throughout the app would help new users get comfortable faster. What problems is HireZapp solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped us centralize our hiring process. Rather than switching between different tools for candidate tracking, interview screening, and communication, we can handle everything in one platform. This has made it easier for our team to stay organized, collaborate throughout hiring, and keep candidates informed and updated across the recruitment process.
