What do you like best about Hirex?

Before Hirex, our team spent a significant amount of time manually reviewing resumes before interviews even started. Now, the AI automatically evaluates candidates based on our job requirements and explains why each candidate received their score. Having those explanations makes it much easier to review applications confidently and stay consistent across the hiring team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hirex?

As a relatively new platform, we've occasionally come across small issues or missing features. However, the support team is very responsive, and fixes or improvements are usually delivered quickly after we report them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hirex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hirex has reduced the time we spend on resume screening and candidate evaluation. Instead of manually comparing dozens of applications, we can focus on interviewing the strongest candidates sooner, which has made our hiring process much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
