What do you like best about Hirety?

It offers a great user experience. It's very easy to navigate, and the scorecard style evaluation makes it simple to score candidates consistently and quickly compare them side by side. Instead of piecing together from different places, everything I need to evaluate someone is in one spot, which saves me time on every hiring round.

What I like most is that it helps your hiring system improve over time. It let's you conduct evaluations on new candidates and appraise the candidates over time, and measure how effective your criteria were in determining a successful here - essentially making it easier to spot patterns in what works, refine your criteria, and make decisions that are less subjective and more consistent across the team.

The demo is also fantastic. You can try all the features without logging in and get a real feel for the product before committing to it. That openness gave me a lot of confidence in the product, and it made the decision to adopt it much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hirety?

What problems is Hirety solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hirety has been a big help in evaluating new hires. As a startup with limited knowledge of hiring best practices, we needed more than just a place to store candidate data. Hirety gives us a clear, structured framework for evaluating candidates, so we're not guessing or relying on gut feel alone.
