What do you like best about HireTrack NX?

Top-notch customer support means I never had to worry about messing up. Greg is responsive, professional, and has an incredibly deep understanding of how HireTrack NX works. Navigator Systems has generously exposed the internal database to adventurous developers through custom web publishing, ODBC, and Zapier. Otherwise, HireTrack NX is the de facto standard for live event jobs and rentals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HireTrack NX?

HireTrack is built on NexusDB, yet another flavour of SQL but running a proprietary language called PascalScript, as if there weren't enough confusion between Java and JavaScript. In other words, if you need to do more than what HireTrack NX gives you then prepare to do some learning. I haven't personally had an opportunity to use the new Zapier integrations so I can't comment on its utility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HireTrack NX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used HireTrack NX to store, assign and track Live Events professionals and inventory. The Live Events division comprised half of the company, the other half being devoted to permanent A/V installations, so we used a common FileMaker Pro database to synchronize HireTrack NX with other data systems. HireTrack NX, however, was the key component for Live Events, having solved most if not all of that division's data needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
