What do you like best about Hireology?

The ease of being able to jump across applicants to compare their skills and qualifications. It provides for a faster experience compared to older fashioned ways. I also enjoy that Hireology directly contacts me when new applicants submit their documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hireology?

I haven't really had an issue with Hireology to dislike anything about it. I do dislike that a large portion of our applicants are not qualified for the position at all. However, that has more to do with the listing and the applicants not reading the position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hireology gives me direct access to the applicants. This allows me to go over new hire information and set up interviews more quickly. As I am the rehab director, this assists me in my daily routine that is packed with administrative meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
