It keeps the hiring process in one solution, from posting the job to evaluating candidates and conducting voice and video interviews, providing results seamlessly. The automation saves me from having to individually look at resumes or call candidates, allowing me to quickly identify the right candidate. I find the resume parsing and voice interview feature quite useful. Having a centralized repository for all resumes and a career page for my website is also beneficial.
