"Easy Hiring Management That Saves Time and Money"

What do you like best about Hireinator?

The best thing about this product was how easy it made it to manage huge amount of applications I received. It was able to analyze all the resumes without too much delay. I also spent way little money than usual, because I could filter out a lot of them using the different options it offered. The questions were already available as well, so each step felt like it only took a couple of clicks. As a small business founder, I was able to handle most things on my own. What do you dislike about Hireinator?

The app’s features meet my expectations overall, but I wish there were more ways to import resumes into the application more easily from the other places where I post job openings.

Although it had option to upload zip and csv with auto extraction integrated. It could use more was to upload data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hireinator solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best thing about it is that it feels like an all-in-one solution. After uploading resumes, I can filter them based on the percentage match for my job opening. Then I can send the exam email to everyone in one click. I was also able to evaluate the exams with AI.

My personal favorite feature was how it put all the shortlisted candidates’ resumes into the same format. That was really helpful, especially after the final shortlist, because it gave me a clearer and easier way to review and compare candidates.
