FastTrack integrates with our ATS (Greenhouse - very easy implementation) and buckets our applicants by the best fit, borderline, and not good fit. Right now we have so many inbound applicants that we're getting through Linkedin (200-500 for some roles), and it's so labor-intensive to go through all of them manually. FastTrack lets us go faster and more accurate! The Hirefly team has been awesome to work with - they are very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
