What do you like best about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?

I really like that once you give HiredScore AI for Recruiting the requirements, it efficiently goes through all the CVs, figures out the skills, and matches them to what we're looking for. This capability helps us in finding the best suitable candidate for the position, which is the best part for me. It saves us a lot of time by providing a quick ranking of candidates based on their skills matched to specific positions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?

I think, when the requirements are not clear or the skills are not defined, it basically fails. It gives weak ranking or rather the ranking doesn't work properly.
