What do you like best about Hire with Near?

I've worked with both Sofia and Julieta (Recruitment Consultants), and they've been incredibly helpful throughout all of our searches. They move quickly, and we typically hire someone within 3–4 weeks of opening a role. There have also been times when we've needed to fill several positions within just 2–3 weeks, and they've delivered.<br><br>They're always willing to help, and as our hiring needs have evolved, they've adapted with us. What do you dislike about Hire with Near?

If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be the pricing model. As we continue to grow our team, the ongoing placement fees can become a significant investment. Recommendations to others considering Hire with Near:

I strongly recommend working with Near, especially Julieta (and Sofia was fantastic as well before her promotion). Julieta’s work ethic is exceptional, and she’s consistently willing to go above and beyond to help. She’s proactive, stays on top of every search, and is incredibly responsive throughout the process. What problems is Hire with Near solving and how is that benefiting you?

Near has been a key partner in helping us build and scale our team in Latin America since 2023. Most of those searches have been for creative roles, including Graphic Designers and Motion Designers, but they've also helped us identify strong technical talent, such as Data Engineers.<br><br>This partnership has given us access to talented candidates who are a great fit for our company culture, while saving our team a significant amount of time and effort that would have otherwise been spent sourcing and screening candidates ourselves.
