What do you like best about Hippocratic AI?

What I like most about Hippocratic AI is its healthcare-first approach. Unlike more general AI models like ChatGPT or Claude, it’s built specifically for clinical use cases, with a strong emphasis on safety, medical accuracy, and HIPAA compliance. It also seems to understand medical terminology much better and is clearly designed for patient-facing tasks such as pre-op follow-ups and chronic care management, which makes it feel far more trustworthy in a clinical setting. What do you dislike about Hippocratic AI?

What I dislike about Hippocratic AI is that it’s still very new and seems limited to healthcare use cases. It doesn’t have the same flexibility or general-purpose creativity as models like ChatGPT or Claude. Integrating it with our EHR system also took a while, and the pricing feels on the higher side for smaller clinics. What problems is Hippocratic AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hippocratic AI is helping us address both our staffing shortage and our patient engagement challenges. We use it for automated pre-operative check-ins, post-discharge follow-ups, and chronic disease management calls. Rather than having nurses spend hours on routine outreach, the AI can handle those conversations safely and only escalates critical cases to a human.
