The support by the Hippo team was excellent, Hippo staff answered to all my questions, we scheduled multiple meetings with their IT team in order to understand our needs and give us the best solution possible. What do you dislike about Hippo Video? Initial customizable options however Hippo team provided me with solutions. Maybe the editor is a little bit slow and can be improved. Regarding the hosting it would be very helpful is you could organize them by folders, also it would be helpful to have a batch action, like downloading all the videos or remove the camera from all the videos. I think that with small improvements Hippo would be an incredibly powerful tool to connect with your clients during difficult times, and without making them download anything or going through a complicated process. It would be great also if, with the add-on created to our project, the client could turn on/off the camera, audio or recording screen, but as I mentioned before, these are minor details that could improve the already high quality of the tool. Connection with clients during the pandemic, creating presentations that were usually on-site via Hippo's platform. We created 5 or 10 minutes presentation, Hippo made life easier for all of our clients that initially, didn't know how to record their screen. We have received more than 400 video recordings.
