**What do you like best about Hinterview?**

Hinterview allows us to reach candidates we wouldn't normally be able to attract. I have used Hinterview for over 12 months now and it has allowed us to engage with our candidate communities in a much quicker and beneficial way

The Hinterview team took time to run a series of sessions with us on how to productise the offering which resulted in the creation of a new service line which has allowed us to secure over £500k of new business

The note taker and integration with our CRM has been a gamechanger. It has streamlined recruiter workflows, allowed us to critically evaluate meeting performance as well as save hundreds of hours of time inputting information into our CRM.

The customer support is fantastic, with rapid response times and frequent updates to optimise our use of the platform

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

Stats and reporting in the native platform could be better but updates are on the way

**What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hinterview via the Hintel tool is reducing recruiter time on admin, allowing us to focus on having meaningful and quality conversations with our clients and candidates. The offering we now present to clients at briefing stage gains 2x more times retained work than we were winning a year ago.

Both Clients and Candidates are loving the use of Hinterview, this is saving clients so much time in the hiring process via prescreening! Candidates are bought into the screening and the recruitment process itself! It's cutting hiring time by 1/3 and we are super happy with the software!

**What do you like best about Hinterview?**

I've been using Hinterview for a few years now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the platform. They are consistently updating and adding new features, which keeps it fresh and increasingly useful. It has saved a huge amount of time for my hiring managers and has helped me to win exclusive business and negotiate higher fees.

I've utilised Hinterview for a wide range of roles, including technical positions and senior hires. The platform adds significant value to both clients and candidates. It's user-friendly, time-efficient, and has improved so many aspects of my role.

A special shoutout to Nat as he's always happy to go above and beyond and I can tell he cares; and the entire Hinterview team, who have always been super helpful and supportive. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

There is nothing I dislike about Hinterview!

**What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves a lot of time for our clients, improves interview to placement ratio. It strengthens candidate applications, especially if requirements are more focused on cultural fit rather than skill..  I get more engagement when contacting candidates through video for new roles.. Sometimes requirements are 'Subjective', so this helps me to present a variety of talent without relying on a 2D piece of paper... it brings the CV to life and helps to demonstrate soft skills etc. There are SO many benefits.

**What do you like best about Hinterview?**

Nat has been excellent in terms of the quality of support he has offered me throughout the process of making Hinterview a part of my service to clients. 

Technically, he helped explain the stages of the process in a clear, concise way and having worked in recruitment previously, Nat understands what my key drivers are.  His regular check ins have enabled me to develop the confidence to sell the Hinterview as an integral part of the recruitment process offered to clients, secure interviews for candidates who perhaps on paper weren't best suited for a role, and to secure exclusivity. The fact that clients love being able to review candidates skills and culture fit during a shortlisting call, is also a huge benefit!

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

It takes time to set up a HInterview and having to convert documents from word to pdf can be a faff.

**What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling candidates who on paper don't meet the requirements of the JD, to be given an opportunity to interview.

It's a good idea, shame about the glitches and blame game

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

Originally I was taken by the system and tried to use it on every role but bugs quickly became apparent. I kept being told it was my OS or a candidate's upload speed or network error. As time went by the problems didn't get solved. The friendly service became less and sudenly my account manager went radio silent. I stopped using the system because I was embarrassed by the fact I couldn't rely on it working properly. I was considering my options with the contract when a new account manager appeared out of the blue, asking why I wasn't using Hinterview! Great I thought. She told me the last person had left under a cloud and she was picking up the pieces...

So, a meeting was arranged with a tech person, Ben. He quickly admitted the original glitch I had complained about at the start was top of the list to be fixed asap... I was surprised because I had been told it was my operating system and given a round about way of avoiding it, now, many months later, he was admitting it was a glitch at their end and in fact, they'd still not fixed it...

He then told me all the other problems were my candidate's network error. I was less inclined to believe him. Especially as Hinterview was the common denominator and because all my candidates with 'network' problems, were able to upload videos and send them to me via wetransfer.com. 

I will stick to using platfroms that are better established and don't blame everyone else.

**What do you like best about Hinterview?**

Hinterview is a great way to reach out to candidates and clients (for BD) to stand out from other recruiters. It's also far more personal and easier for each candidate to get an idea of the role you are pitching to them. Nat is always around for support should I need anything fixed as well. Integrates seamlessly with our CRM too!

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

Potentially some minor tweaks here and there, however these are constantly being updated and evaluated to ensure there are never any major issues.

From when I started using this platform over a year ago, they have improved any hiccups and made it much easier to use.

Hinterview has transformed how I advertise roles, shortlist for jobs and saves me time! I'm able to bring roles to life by recording videos talking about said role, which in hand saves me time. I've also found recording short interviews with candidates helpful for shortlisting purposes as it brings their CV to life.

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

Nothing of note - it's very user friendly!

It's saving me time talking about roles multiple times when a candidate can watch a short video (which I'm sure has saved me hours!). It's also great to use when shortlisting for roles and recording videos with candidates.

**What do you like best about Hinterview?**

We did a demo of Hinterview and its competitors and ended up signing with a competitor, based purely on cost. Once we began the onboarding process, it was clear that it didn't have the same functionality as Hinterview and we had made a big mistake. We decided to sign up with Hinterview regardless and cannot fault the platform nor the customer service from all involved. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

On first demo, competitor systems may look shinier but the functionality is not as strong. Hinterview is a more expensive system but justified in its functionality and ongoing support.

We are using Hinterview for Business Development, Video briefing of roles and Video Shortlisting. Client feedback from the first use of video shortlisting was "Gamechanging."

It's really easy to use, and in a cadidate-short market like mine, it's that next level commuination that helps personalise my approach. Huge on my desk when messages are flying around letf, right and centre.

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

Nothing really. There's still no accounting for people not watching the video or opening the message from time to time, but that's not really down to the product.

It helps me cut through a lot of the conversation that I usually need to go through just to speak to a prospect. They get all the info, with documents, explanations etc without having to read a whole message.

I use Hinterview for just about everything in the recruitment process: from reaching out to candidates and clients, interviewing candidates, recording video preps for volume roles, personalised thank you notes, to congratulating candidates on getting hired.  Hinterview can help everywhere; if you can send an email or leave a voicemail; you can do it better with Hinterview

The fact that you can't see Hinterview views in the dashboard like you can with Hintros.  As an administrator it would be great to be able to filter hinterviews and hintros by User.

**What do you like best about Hinterview?**

We've implemented Hinterview into our business at the start of this year and we're finding it is really adding an extra dimension to our outreach activities, be it business development or candidate acquisition. 

There will always be a natural nervousness to incorporating video into weekly activities but we had a great Customer Success experience with Phoebe, who helped with various tips and tactics on how to get the most out of the platform. 

I've also been impressed by the speedy responses should we have any queries.

Very happy with our decision to choose Hinterview.

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

Naturally, any extra steps into your outreach process can add time into an already stretched schedule. Hinterview was no different as it requires quite a bit of time up front to get comfortable in recording videos. 

However, once you realise that it doesn't matter if it's not perfect, the whole process is actually pretty quick.

**What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were seeing a reduction in our BD responses as the market had moved to more remote working so the old methods (switchboard calling) weren't as effective. Video has helped us cut through the noise now the recruitment market is collectively starting to BD again. 

It also allows us to reduce time to hire by showing clients who candidates are before the interview them.

For me, the outreach part of the platform, 'Hintro' works brilliantly well for me in my markets. Taking my outreach to new levels, ensuring I can stand out in DM's through quick video and it intgrates seamlessly with Linked In which is key for any recruiter. I've gone from having to guess if my messages are being picked up to knowing I sit at approximately 90% watch rate and get told when they've been watched...key for follow up but also immediate feedback on what is working and what needs improving

The CS team are great to deal with (shout out to Henna Makwana!) and answer my cries for help quickly every time...thankyou!!

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

I have to admit I was a little video sceptical when Hinterview first reached out having 'been there done that' in years gone by, but have to admit I was wrong! no issues or dislikes. I think every recruiter/business will use the platform slightly differently and take benefit from different elements of the platform that work for them

**What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach...in times of candidate shortages, a platform that helps me cut through the noise and show credibility in a quick and efficient way is key...which is what Hinterview does brilliantly for me

Hinterview is a real differentiator for us. We are a small business which can put us at a disadvantage to some of the larger players, but having hinterview as a way to headhunt and interview candidates, it is a really good selling point. We have also had an amazing account manager who keeps us supported when there are issues and keeps us updated with developments.

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

There were some syncing issues that made it hard and not that time effective when busy. We also felt it was too expensive compared to some other services available on the market.

It is helping us stand out from competitors when it comes to our services, but also how we are reaching out to potential new customers, and also reconnecting with old contacts.

**What do you like best about Hinterview?**

I enjoy the user-friendly step-by-step process Hinterview provides.  As I work with international applicants, the application process is a universal language and very simplistic! The way to track the candidate's progress is painless and trouble-free.

It has been a game changer for our clients to respect their time and not have them sit through 5-6 hour-long international interview events. The user-friendly process for managing their applicants is so convincing that this is how interviews should be done!

Finn and the rest of the support team make the time to help and troubleshoot issues I experienced and have ensured that my feedback is appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

Not much to dislike about using the Hinterview platform. I would suggest implementing a deadline or a lock for clients to make their decisions rather than having some of their candidates wait more than two weeks.

Hinterview is streamlining a better recruitment process for WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions! We did not have the workforce to facilitate interviews for every scheduled hiring event. Hence, Hinterview frees up our focus and management of the interview process in a modern and innovative method!

**What do you like best about Hinterview?**

The ease-of-use and overall simplicity of the UI makes Hinterview stand apart from the rest. I have on-boarded several members of my team, and I can go from showing them the program to them being an interview pro in a day or two. The ability to get up and running so quickly is largely do to the excellent customer service at Hinterview. Our rep Phoebe Pickersgill has not only guided us through every step of the process but routinely checks back in to make sure we are getting the most out of our partnership.

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

If there is one Achilles heel of Hinterview it is their processing time. Sometimes the "hinterview bots" can take quite a long time to render a video, and when the program's goal is to easily and quickly send videos waiting five or so minutes for a video to render can disrupt workflow.

**What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hinterview reduces what we call our "trust gap" with clients and candidates alike. Hinterview lets us show we are real people who are trying to make genuine connections. Hinterview lets us deliver that message and land, whereas with email or Linkedin messaging that personal touch can and often is lost.

Everything.... first, Phoebe and the support team have been phenomenal including onboarding, training, supporting our questions and they are incredibly timely.  It is an incredibly effective tool to differentiate from the competition and we regularly get comments about what a great personal touch it adds.  It helps us differentiate from the "white noise" and transactional firms in the industry.

**What do you dislike about Hinterview?**

I don't see any.... I can't tell you something that I dislike.  If it could do my job for me!  Or maybe give me contact data that would be incredible but that's not what it's for.

It is an investment but worth it.

We use it to reach out and differentiate, and are looking to use it as part of our submission process to introduce candidates and differentiate the process, as well to make it more personal and help change the candidate and client experience in a positive fashion.

When we first started with Hinterview, I loved how they were focused on partnership and how we could work together to achieve our company goals.  It wasn't just lip service, they have been amazing partners who constantly check on us and make sure we are on track to reach our goals.  They give us any support that we need when we need it.  The training is fantastic as well.  Phoebe Pickersgill does an amazing job with managing our account and being available whenever we need it!

I don't really have any dislikes.  There are definitely features that we have communicated with Hinterview and our representative that we would like to see in the future, but no real dislikes

It differentiates us from other recruiting agencies when reaching out to companies or candidates.  Makes a cold call into a warm call by putting a face with a name.

It's so user friendly, fun to use and has so many different ways it can used too.

We found that the Hinterview part of the product was really useful as we sold the product in our RPO pitches to clients to help improve speed to deal as it allowed us to conduct prescreening interview questions to send to clients.

The Integration with our CRM Bullhorn was also very useful and the support / account management is very good!

Often Hintros in emails went into the recipient's junk folder so they were never read and also products like Teams allowed users to do a very similar process.

Hinterview has massively streamlined our recruitment process, and is also a very effective business development tool. As an individual, I have won significantly more new business through the use of Hinterview. This is either through sending video introductions to prospects, or by selling the benefits on BD calls/video meetings/face-to-face meetings. To summarise, my favourite part of Hinterview is the value it adds for my clients, and therefore the assistance it brings me within business development.

It does add a few steps into our recruitment process from my side of things, which therefore means I have to do a bit more work intitially, however in the long run it streamlines and automates our process so the time is saved elsewhere.

Reach out to them, so that they can give you a full demonstration of the product and how you can use it. When onboarding, you'll have a dedicated Customer Sucess Manager who will be there to answer any questions you may have.

The main problem Hinterview is solving is obtaining commitment from candidates at an early stage. Using Hinterview, we are getting our candidates to take time to interview with ourselves early in the process, which is getting buy in from them and ultimately reducing the early "drop-out" that many other recruiters are struggling with at the moment.

There are different features to help with all elements of the recruitment cycle - Hintros are great for approaching candidates and business development. Screen recording is really good for a multitude of things including training videos. The Client Portal is also really useful when there is more than one Manager/Director involved in the recruitment process. I really like that Hinterview is constantly developing features and Emma our Account Manager provides fantastic customer service.

Nothing to dislike but a useful feature would be to be able to stop and start the recording again when using the "Hinterview" feature.

The Screen share option is my favourate. It is such a useful feature and adds a level of interaction if you're unable to get the candidate on a Hinterview.

There are sometimes some glitches when using the Hinterview section. Either the candidate can't log in, or doesn't load. I don't dislike it just the only thing I could think of.
