I use Hint Health for Hint Core and Hint Clinical, and I find the interface simple, which makes member management and collecting memberships very easy. I love being part of an innovative community that's constantly making updates and advancing the cause of direct primary care. They support me in exactly the ways I need as a solo DPC startup. I feel listened to, and the developers really pay attention to community feedback, which makes me feel heard and empowered. Having to manually download and upload things to get them out of Hint Health is a little bit onerous and seems like a waste of time. I would also like a secure way to be able to embed patient photos so that they never land on my personal phone photo album. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
