I used iVMS-5200 as a project engineer on a CCTV deployment of 31 cameras across 3 sites in Saudi Arabia. The best thing is having all three sites managed from one platform, so the security team doesn’t have to switch between systems. Live view and playback are quick and easy to use. Setting up user roles and permissions for different operators was simple, and the alarm and event handling worked well. The system relies on a stable internet connection at every branch, and since we had that at all three sites, we could use all the features easily and with good speed. Since it’s all Hikvision, the cameras and recorders connected to the platform without any trouble. For a project of this size, it covered everything we needed without extra software.
