Highwire provides strong visibility into subcontractor safety performance and prequalification status, which makes risk identification much easier upfront. Dashboard format is clear and helps access compliance, EMR, OSHA recordables, and overall safety trends. What do you dislike about Highwire? At times, the platform can feel overly administrative and time consuming, especially when documentation updates are frequent. Highwire helps with centralizing and standardizing contractor risk management across multiple projects and sites. Before using it, trackcing contractor safety performance, EMR, OSHA recordables, insurance compliance, and prequalification status required manual follow ups and spreadsheets. That created gaps in visibility and consistency. With highwire, we have clear dashboards that provide real time insight into contractor safety metrics, risk ratings, and compliance documentation. It allows us to proactively identify high-risk contractors, address deficiencies before work begins, and maintain alignment with client expectations, especially on high standard sites like Intel projects. From a safety leadership standpoint, it strengthens our ability to make date driven decisions, improves accountability, and helps ensure we're only onboarding contractors who meet our safety risk thresholds.
