Highspot has creates a centralized system that allows companies to organize, share and manage sales content, which makes sales enabling successful 
I admire the brilliant intelligent search features from this app, where it gives us content recommendations and ensures that we analyze its effectiveness 
We get modern and updated sales training features from this app, this keeps our sales team informed 
Highspot has reliable content governance measures and this ensures team maintain quality of content shared
We have experienced successful integration with other CRM platforms and this lowers the workflow inconsistencies

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

Highspot has complex administrative tasks and during the initial phases, some users complain about its complexity 
The dashboard for Highspot lacks the flexibility that would make it more attractive

Highspot has significantly supported our company in centralizing sales content and this creates a standard engagement plan

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

I like the ease of use of Highspot and the customizations that make it look branded. The implementation team is absolutely amazing. They helped us from day one, working with each of our four owners individually because of our different roles and needs. The customizations allowed it to look like our own product using our coloring and branding, making it look very professional and polished. The initial setup was so easy because the implementation team did a wonderful job working with everybody and rolling it out to the team.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

I would say having a dedicated spot for older versions of various documents instead of just reuploading them. As well as allowing anyone who is not an administrator to have access to older versions as well.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highspot provides centralized storage for marketing materials and enables seamless use of enablement videos. It allows sales reps to have their own spot for decks, ensuring organization and accessibility.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

What I like most about Highspot is how it brings everything our sales team needs into one place. Before, content was scattered across shared drives, emails, and random folders — reps would waste time hunting for the right deck or one-pager instead of actually selling.

With Highspot, the right content shows up at the right stage of the deal. The search is genuinely good — you type what you need and it finds it instantly, which sounds simple but makes a real difference when you're prepping for a call.

The buyer engagement tracking was something I didn't expect to find so useful. Knowing whether a prospect actually opened the content you sent, how long they spent on it, and which pages they focused on helps prioritize follow-ups in a much smarter way.

The training and coaching features are also solid — onboarding new reps has become faster because everything they need to learn is structured and accessible in one spot rather than pieced together from different sources.

Overall it's made our sales process noticeably more organised and our reps more confident going into conversations."

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

The main thing that took some getting used to is the initial content organization — when you first set it up, it takes a fair amount of thought and planning to structure everything in a way that actually makes sense for your team. If that groundwork isn't done well upfront, it can get messy quickly.

The admin side also has a bit of a learning curve. Making changes to content governance or permissions isn't always intuitive and sometimes requires more clicks than it should.

Occasionally the analytics can feel a bit surface level — you get good engagement data but drilling deeper into specific trends takes more effort than expected.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Highspot, our sales team struggled to find the right content at the right time decks were outdated, files were scattered, and reps were wasting time searching instead of selling.

Highspot fixed that. Everything is now organized, searchable, and up to date in one place. Reps go into calls better prepared, and we can actually see what content is working based on how prospects engage with it.
It's saved us time, reduced back and forth, and made our whole sales process feel a lot more put together.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

I like the versatility of Highspot and how easy it is for teams and individuals to find content all in one place. It acts as both a content management system and a learning management system, where everything can live in one place. It's also very helpful for new hires to find information.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

I think the learning management system could definitely be improved. It is a little bit outdated and not as user-friendly to actually build content. The initial setup was not super easy. You definitely have to get a hang of it before fully being able to work and get it set up.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highspot solves the problem of storing and sharing content across teams in a singular spot, making content easily accessible. It's versatile, acting as both a content and learning management system, helpful for new hires finding information.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

I like that Highspot allows for digestible, easy-to-engage-with content for onboarding and keeps the organization up to date on new sales processes and positioning. The robust library is referenceable, which I find quite useful. I also appreciate how Highspot allows managers to see who has completed trainings, driving accountability. The UX and UI are smooth and easy to navigate, which makes the experience pleasant. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be easy.

The library can get crowded and disorganized - automated clean up or prompted clean up for owners may help that

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highspot enhances sales training and onboarding with digestible content, keeps us updated on new sales processes, and has a robust library that's easily referenceable. Managers can track completed trainings for accountability.

There is nothing to dislike about this tool and there is no lag while accessing it and its functionality is just great.

The platform is user-friendly and  makes it easy to create, organize and share sales collateral and ensures access to the most up to date material that has been a great assist in our sales and marketing strategy.

I have not had any negative experience with the tool so I don’t have anything complaints as of now.

**What do you like best about Highspot?**

It’s easy to collaborate and create customer-specific content, then organize it by account.

Searching for content and keeping it organized for reps who manage a large number of accounts has never been easy.

**What do you dislike about Highspot?**

We had challenges with vendor communications and getting knowledge on setup. 
Highspot doesn't allow lot of customization which makes it difficult to give customized experience to sales rep.

**What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized content library for sales rep to manage customer specific content like presentations, product documents, case studies and anything that can be shared with customers.
