What I like best about HighRadius Treasury and Risk is how easy it is to get realtime cash insights. It has improved our financial planning in many ways by providing a centralized overview of cash positions across all accounts and regions. The platform's easy integration with our ERP system makes sure that data is flowing smoothly, reducing a lot of manual works and mistakes. The easy to use operating system makes it easy for our team to get the information they need even it's for only for daily cash positions or for forecasting. moreover the ability to automate processes hav saved us a lot of hours allowing us to focus on more important tasks. What do you dislike about HighRadius Treasury and Risk? The setup took longer than expected, and some features felt difficult to figure in the start. especially without prior familiarity with same kind of tools. However, the onboarding resources and documentation they gave was helpful in helping the process. Their customer support sometimes taking a while to respond and it can be frustrating during main implementation phases. That said once the platform is fully set up it will go smoothly and integrates well with our system. I used it almost daily, and it has greatly helped with task like cash forecasting. The platform provide relevant dataand help us to stay very much updated of cash flow and risk. The accuracy and speed of the insight is very valuable for making financial decision. It halped very much streamline our process, save a lot of time. for instance, task that previously required hours of manual summary are now automated.
