I like that HiBob is an all-encompassing HRIS that brings together everything we need to manage the employee lifecycle in one place. As someone working in People Operations, I'm responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, and I appreciate how flexible Bob is. The ability to create custom fields and reports allows us to tailor the system to our needs and view employee lifecycle data in a way that makes the most sense for our team and internal processes. Overall, I've had a positive experience with HiBob, but there are some limitations when it comes to customization. One challenge we've encountered is managing time off for a global workforce. Since each country has its own employment legislation and leave requirements, we need more flexibility to configure policies that align with local regulations. Currently, some aspects of the Time Off module don't allow for the level of customization we need, which means we have to rely on workarounds or manual processes to remain compliant. I'd love to see HiBob provide more configurable options within time off policies, such as additional custom fields or country-specific settings, so organizations with global teams can better accommodate local requirements without compromising efficiency or compliance. Before HiBob, our HR documents were stored across multiple systems, making compliance audits and document retrieval very time-consuming and manual. We're now using Bob as our single source of truth for employee documentation, giving the People team visibility into required documents in seconds. This has significantly reduced the time spent searching for files, improved data accuracy, and made it much easier to identify missing documentation and stay compliant!
