I was initially impressed by the speed of the online platform that HIA uses. As I used the system more and more, I really enjoy all of the shortcuts that are built-in to the system as well. I appreciate that any recommendations I have for improvements to the platform are taken seriously and I can actually have a conversation with a real person about them. I love being able to work in multiple browser windows and I feel like I am so much more efficient in HIA versus the previous system we used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
