What do you like best about HG Insights?

I really enjoy the way the team at HG Insights works with their customers. I can't speak on behalf of others, but here at Postman they do a great job at understanding our needs and providing feedback and their perspective on what works well and what doesn't. They aren't just a vendor, they are a partner that helps us understand our Account and Lead data more; which is helping us make more informed business decisions. What do you dislike about HG Insights?

I don't think there is anything I dislike. My only advice is for the quality of work and relationships to be the same across customers. When working in customer-facing roles, I've received feedback that others on the team weren't consistent with the quality of work. It goes to show how important concisistency, and quality is. What problems is HG Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?

HG helped us understand our customer intensity and other key metrics on the Accounts and Leads in our system. We are currently determining specific metrics to say hey we have X amount of revenue that we can contribute back to HG. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
