What do you like best about HG Insights?

We have a very complex use case that leads to difficulties getting what we need from the UI. Our CS team fills that gaps and gets us what we need, when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HG Insights?

The UI is great for simple list capture on companies using specific tech, or how they're allocating their funds. It would be great if it could support more complicated use cases around many tech installs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HG Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use their data to pull tech install info onto our account records. This helps us prioritize the accounts that are in our "modern data stack" ecosystem, and therefore are ICP accounts for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
