What do you like best about HG Insights?

I like the technographic intelligence combined with partner contracts and cloud spend over the last 18 months. The customer success team are truly great partners helping to drive feature requests be it more data or more functionality in the user interface. I am confident in Elizabeth's leadership to lead this team. It is clear that she leads with the heart which is a breath of fresh air and you see it's direct impact with how her team engages their customers with a sense of urgency and being mindful of industry shifts that would impact their customers. What do you dislike about HG Insights?

I don't find any downsides to using the solution. I have a request for more departmental data intelligence which they have but need to incorporate in an actionable way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HG Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?

Preparing a comprehensive view for Sales to accelerate the time it takes them identify accounts to execute on campaigns with the greatest possibility of conversion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
