Developing an ICP and TAM can be a challenge; through the use of HG Insights you take questions out when building these for a specific application environment. As necessary in the ICP creation process are the competitive dimensions of the account and HG enables that perspective. Based upon this rich data set playbooks can be created for sales that expedite the pipeline build process; especially when competitive products are present in the account. All of the processes to quality pipeline - the early qualification process, objection handling and assumptive positioning - can confidently be addressed and prepares sales for advisor-like sales conversations. The data is rich, the interface is intuitive and the people behind the product (sales, CS and Solution Engineering) are well versed and act in an advisory role. The product, coupled with the people behind the product, is well worth the investment - as that is what a business partnership is with HG, an investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Typically it would be internal staffing to leverage the HG investment, but it should be noted that the team over there has been amazing in supporting, partnering and delivering quick time to value with this product.
