I love that HeyReach is very easy to set up and intuitively designed, making it straightforward for us to use. It's reliable and one of the cheaper methods of generating leads for our clients, which is great when we need to operate with leverage or on a low budget. The ability to copy and paste from Sales Navigator into HeyReach is incredibly useful, as it makes implementing leads effortless and saves us money. I also like being able to duplicate templates for different client accounts, as it saves me time on campaign setup and infrastructure. Additionally, the simple AB testing process is really beneficial, allowing for easy data collection, and the reporting looks good too. I would like to see the ability to separate messages and send them in a fragmented manner, one after the other in a short time frame. Currently, HeyReach requires at least a minimum of 3 hours between messages. This feature would make our communication seem more natural and human-sounding.
