"Slick Newsletter Workflow Saver That Learns Your Format"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HeyNews?

The guys behind this actually understand where the majority of newsletter "donkey work" lies, and they've built something to eliminate a heap of that, which is one of the most critical aspects for operators - That time-saving component. It's slick, and the platform works seriously well at understanding the structure, format and layout of the newsletters it's learned from.

Their claim about things taking only a few minutes that took far longer is spot-on, based on my usage so far. The fact that it "learns" from what you're writing means I've saved on flipping between multiple tools, and that alone makes it worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeyNews?

It's hard to critique something you're enjoying, really. I've seen some pushback on the price tag, which seems fair, but if I equate the time saved against my hourly rate, that alone makes it worth it.

I'm yet to test the "public archive" connection across multiple ESPs, as I note a few don't have this functionality (unless custom setup has been done), so figuring out how to work around that might be a challenge, but the interface is clean. It would be great to have some "smart recommended sources" when creating a list of sources to use that tie contextually into what you're writing/ sending about, but I'm certain that's on the radar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
