What impressed me most was how naturally the avatar communicated and how effectively HeyGen helped me turn a technical concept into something people could see, interact with, and remember. The only limitations I experienced were with the free subscription: avatar clothing options were limited, and processing took about a day. What problems is HeyGen solving and how is that benefiting you? As part of my AI Automation certification, I decided to take one of my final presentations a step further. Rather than simply explaining what AI could do, I wanted to demonstrate it in a way that people could actually experience. Using HeyGen, I created a remarkably lifelike AI avatar of myself and connected it to a custom, enclosed knowledge base that I developed. During my live presentation, my avatar was able to answer questions based specifically on that knowledge base. I was the only person in my class who incorporated HeyGen in this way, and the response was incredible. My classmates were genuinely impressed during the presentation, and several continued talking about the experience afterward. It transformed what could have been a traditional presentation into an interactive demonstration of what is possible when AI, automation, and creativity come together.
