What do you like best about Heycollab?

What do you dislike about Heycollab?

There are a few occasional delays and the lack of advanced customization options for some features. The product is continuously improving along the way because this company cares to implement user feedback.I put in a numerical request guidelines feature request which they almost immediately implemented.
