What do you like best about Heycollab?

Some of its features which I liked the most were it's ability to integrate various features which helps in increasing team collaboration and efficiency like sharing of files, links, images and dividing of workload between teams and its real-time chat and calling features which helps in better communication. What do you dislike about Heycollab?

Some of its dislikes are that the company can work on its UI and make it more user friendly which can help users to use Heycollab more efficiently and lead to easy learning curve which would increase its ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Heycollab solving and how is that benefiting you?
