The biggest thing I like about Deacon is how hands-off it is. I can let it handle a lot of customer support without constantly monitoring or managing it, but I can still jump in myself whenever I need to. I also appreciate how unanswered questions are surfaced in the dashboard. It turns customer support into a useful feedback loop, helping me spot bugs, gaps, and areas of the product that need improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main thing I’d say is that it still feels like a relatively new product, so there are a few areas that could be more polished. I’d also appreciate having a few more options to customise how it handles certain types of questions. That said, I haven’t run into anything that’s been a major issue for me so far.
