What do you like best about Hero EMR?

Finally there is an EMR carefully designed BY A PHYSICIAN. The AI integration is incredible, and honestly it is unlike any other EMR I have used in my career. Built with clinicians in mind, and centers AI programming around efficiency so clinicians can spend more time doing what we do best, taking care of patients. What do you dislike about Hero EMR?

Literally there is nothing negative I could think of to say about the company, Dr. Zhou has truly put his heart and soul into this project and has literally thought of every detail you could imagine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hero EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a clinician, I have no familiarity with starting a business, I felt so overwhelmed by such nuanced areas of website building, connectivity to patients through phone/email, website design and integration of AI features that would actually save me time. I met with Dr. Zhou and felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders because every single part of the administrative practice side, the offered me help with. Suddenly, I felt more confident and ready to begin solo practice, because they allowed me to focus on the content I am best at, psychiatric practice, education, outreach and patient care.
