"Supertabs Keep Project Apps Organized and Workflows Seamless"

5/5

What do you like best about HERE Enterprise Browser?

The biggest win for us is having everything our engineers need in one place and maximizing our desktop space. On a typical day, I am moving between CAD viewer, project management platform, document control system, and a handful of client and supplier portals. With HERE, Supertabs make it easy to keep project-specific apps grouped together, so switching between jobs no longer means rebuilding my screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HERE Enterprise Browser?

The initial workspace setup took more planning than we expected. In the end, it was super beneficial, and I’d recommend other teams budget time for it upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HERE Enterprise Browser solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main problems were fragmented workflows and limited control over how project data was accessed. Engineers were losing time switching between systems, and with contractors and subcontractors working on our projects, IT had little visibility into who was accessing what. HERE gives our IT team central control over which apps each group can use and how data moves between them, without slowing engineers down. Onboarding is faster too, since a new hire gets a workspace with the right tools on day one instead of a list of links. For a firm where billable hours matter, getting that time back has made a real difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
