The ability for small property owners to accept online payments from tenants securely and safely. We feel confident that Hemlane is one of the only platforms that truly protects our interests as owner-managers of our own properties in San Francisco. There are several features that distinguish it from the others, but the most important is the ability to disallow partial rent payments. But the value of Hemlane goes well beyond this- impeccable customer service (Thank you Chanelle!), ease of use for our tenants, and multiple features that make the day-to-day operations of our business so much more seamless! Needless to say, we are eager to implement more of these functions in the coming months, and see great potential for saving time, money and energy in managing our properties!
