What do you like best about Hemiton Global?

What stood out to us was that they don't just process salaries. Their team helps with everything before payroll, like attendance validation, leave reconciliation, new joiner and exit updates, and checking payroll inputs. After payroll is completed, they also take care of compliance filings and reports, which has made life much easier for our HR team. What do you dislike about Hemiton Global?

Earlier, our biggest challenge wasn't running payroll, it was collecting and verifying all the information before payroll and then handling compliance afterward. There were too many manual checks and last-minute corrections. Hemiton Global helped organize the entire process from pre-payroll activities to post-payroll compliance, reducing errors and saving our HR team several days of work every month.
