What do you like best about Helpspot?
Sometimes, when it is necessary we can host our own instances or we can use this as our hosted service. On both the IT and Consumer sides, we are able to personalize our experience. The design and feel of the portals, as well as any email messaging, may all be customized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Helpspot?
