"Works Amazingly Well After a Bit of Training!"

What do you like best about Helpmate?

I installed Helpmate on my WooCommerce store a few days ago, and I’m genuinely impressed. The setup was quick and super easy, no tech skills needed. At first, the chatbot missed a few tricky questions, but after I trained it with better data, the improvement was amazing. Now it answers customers accurately and even sounds natural!

Most of my customers are using the chatbot frequently. My customer support tickets have dropped drastically.

If you run a WooCommerce store and get lots of repetitive inquiries, Helpmate is a must-try. It’s customizable, effective, and adds real value to your business. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helpmate?

You need to train the chatbot to receive better responses. It would be even better if there were a way to minimize the effort required for preparing training data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
