The chat tool is great. Loud ding for the agents to hear, and allowing for different tiers of chat meets our needs as we offer a tiered support model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Inability to control volume of the ding when a new chat comes in. Agents have to download an extension and keep chat in a specific window to control the volume, for louder or quieter. Additionally support of this software is lacking. When we have issues or something happens outside of the expected behaviors there is no communication from the team.
