I like Helm WMS because it is simple yet comprehensive, providing everything I could possibly need. It's flexible, allowing you to choose how detailed or simple you want it to be. My customers can easily log in to view their stock and orders, all in one place, which is very convenient. Helm is also straightforward to teach to my warehouse staff, which is a big plus. The support team is responsive and handles any problems immediately, which is reassuring. Helm WMS organizes everything in my warehouse efficiently, speeding up our picking and packing process while maintaining accuracy. It's a major selling point for my business because it does exactly what it's supposed to do and what was promised to me.
