What do you like best about HelloGrowthCRM?

What I love most about Hello Growth CRM is its insane level of customization. It's not one of those rigid, off-the-shelf CRMs where you have to change your business processes to fit the software. What do you dislike about HelloGrowthCRM?

What problems is HelloGrowthCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I cannot speak highly enough about the support team behind Hello Growth CRM. They are, without a doubt, the best support team I have ever dealt with in the SaaS world. It doesn't matter what I need or what problem I run into—whether it's a technical glitch or a question about a new feature—they are always just one WhatsApp message away.

The convenience of being able to text them directly is a game-changer, but what really sets them apart is their willingness to jump on a video or voice call immediately to walk me through a solution. They are always available, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. It feels like having a dedicated tech team on standby 24/7.
