I like HelloBooks AI’s AI features and OCR scanning. I can add customers, create invoices, and handle billing quickly, which saves me a great deal of time on manual data entry. OCR scanning is particularly useful for extracting information from bills and makes accounting easier. I also like the free GSTR feature for India, categorization, the bank list for my US entity with 11,000+ banks, and Tally synchronization. When I contact support, they respond quickly and solve problems immediately. I find the onboarding very easy, with only four or five steps, Google login, and a helpful tool for users who want to do bookkeeping on their own.
