What do you like best about Hector?

The loan module is really powerfull, you can manage your assets you want to loan to your employees, and generate report about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hector?

It's important to have a video training or live training to have a full overview of all functionnalities. I first try by my self, and was losing time to find the right information. But it didn't have experience with asset management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hector:

If you want to manage and track your equipment it's the right tool for you. If you want to follow in and out with a billing system, it might not fit with your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hector solving and how is that benefiting you?

I know exactly where the business assets is and who is in charge of it. I also get notification when I'm too low on some assets, so it help me better manage my assets and optimize my time doing other stuff than looking for materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
