What do you like best about Hebbia AI?

I especially appreciate Hebbia AI because it helps me manage the process of working through large volumes of research documents. I find the interface useful for asking questions across multiple documents and organizing information without having to jump back and forth between files. The source-linked replies also make it easier to trace each finding back to the original source. Overall, the AI is extremely helpful for pulling out key findings, comparing them, and creating a solid basis for further analysis. I find the application well suited to document-based research, and it saves me time that would otherwise be spent on repeated searches and manual extraction. What do you dislike about Hebbia AI?

What I like least about the system is that it can become quite information-dense at times, especially when I’m working with multiple files, which makes it harder to filter results down to what I actually need. The more complex your workflows and integrations are, the more time you’ll need to invest in setup, and the learning curve is noticeable once you go beyond basic search and analysis. From a performance standpoint, it generally works fine, but with very large document sets the processing time increases significantly. For me, the return on investment is clearest when using the tool for research tasks. I’d also appreciate more onboarding materials focused on policy and research workflows. And while the AI tool is helpful for extraction and comparison, the outputs still need to be checked manually afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hebbia AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hebbia helps me solve the problem of spending too much time analyzing policy reports, research articles, and similar documents. Before using Hebbia, I typically had to open many documents manually, run separate searches, and aggregate related data on my own. Now I can analyze multiple documents at once, ask questions in natural language, and organize the relevant information so I can begin my analysis from there.

Overall, it makes the research process more productive and saves time that would otherwise be spent on repetitive actions. The AI tool is especially useful for comparing, aggregating, and summarizing information, and its integration with document sources can reduce the number of system transitions.
