I have used Heartland for a long time since when our business was very small and up until now it has grown big and global, Heartland is still our default software hence this is why I like the software because of how scalable it is to suit small to big businesses. As an upside, this gives us much-needed flexibility to customize the product features to suit our organisational needs and size It has a web portal, credit card reader and mobile pay app that is free and compatible with all mobile devices and which I have found to be very convenient and it improves business image and payments are made very quickly from any location. The user interface for me is very simplified and very easy to use which I have found to be very handy because I did not take a long time to get used to the features. This is a very reliable product to me but one dislike I have found would be the unavailability of specific costs of their services and the value of their different plans since they vary a lot, it would be better if there is some clarity for comparison with other products.
