"Great app and platform idea but needs some work"

What do you like best about Heartbeat- Influencer Marketing?

I absolutely love the idea of this app and platform. I'm an influencer so I find this software super exciting to be able to join a new influencing platform..but unfortunately the app and platform needs some work. After downloading the app I was denied access to it and unable to use the app.. but with that being said after thoroughly reviewing the website and their platform it seems like it could be a great influencing platform once they tweak and fix a few things. I love how many resources there are on the heartbeat platform for influencers. I love the fact that they offer work for all types of influencers and that you don't have to be a macro influencer or have a huge following to be an influencer. There are tons of categories and it's a great platform for influencers of all sizes and types,whether you're main platform is Instagram or TikTok there's a place for you on their influencing platform! They seem to offer TONS of work with various brands and categories. They have tons of tools, blogs, examples, influencer accounts to check out and more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heartbeat- Influencer Marketing?

Well I have to say I dislike a few things unfortunately. After downloading the app I cannot access it. I get an error message. Also, when I go to email support it says that the email account doesn't even exist and my email was then returned to me. So I haven't gotten to experience the full features of the platform. The app has great potential and I love the concept and the openness for all influencers but they definitely need to 1. Fix the app and make it so users can access it, 2. Make sure their email is proper and users can contact support and 3.just make it easier for influencers to apply and join the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Heartbeat- Influencer Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Heartbeat is a great concept and platform to help influencers find work with new brands, get access to helpful tools and resources to build their name as an influencer grow their journey as influencers as well.it is beneficial to all influencers from all different following sizes and all different social media platforms as it is open to newer and smaller sized influencers like me who are looking to grow as an influencer and also offers access to great tools for influencers, recommendations, influencers to check out and learn from and more!
