What do you like best about HealthStream Learning Management System?

What I like best about HealthStream Learning Management System is its overall ease of use. It is fairly intuitive, which makes it easier to train administrators and other non-technical users. I also appreciate the reporting capabilities and the ability to pull detailed learning and completion data when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HealthStream Learning Management System?

One area I would like to see improved is the level of customization available when creating assignments, particularly around the fields and criteria that can be used. Notifications are also fairly standardized and “canned,” with limited ability to customize the messaging for different audiences or use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HealthStream Learning Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?

HealthStream is helping us streamline the assignment and tracking of required learning while making reporting easier and more efficient. The MyTeam dashboard also gives managers greater visibility and ownership of their staff’s learning, which reduces the administrative burden on LMS administrators. In addition, the checklist functionality has allowed us to move away from paper-based processes for onboarding, competencies, and skills validation, creating a more centralized and trackable process.
