The platform is user-friendly, and the initial training provided to learn the site’s functionality was very useful. One of the reasons we chose Jane is that you can see what the user missed, along with the correct answer, so we can review it with them after the assessment. One of my biggest complaints, as the coordinator for the assessment, is with the Clinical Judgement assessment. Many nurses get hung up on providing an actual medical diagnosis, and they often say that, as nurses, we do not diagnose.
