We are enjoying the product so much. Don't know why we struggled hiring, managing and developing talent without it for so many years...Kudos to the Headway.ai team....we love the platform as it helps employees & candidates get a very personalised experience. What problems is Headway.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Headway.ai powers our talent acquisition, talent management and talent development activities.

Their bots have released time for users and made the process 10X faster and more efficient.

The experience level of candidates has also gone up and our C-SATs are a 5 on 5.

Employees love the way they make the ER process easy, quick with on-tap updates.
